From 3 to 9 March, two members of our organization Jenny Kazumyan and Lilit Dashyan were in Caudete (Albacete), participating in “EVS Goes East-Project & Quality Management in EVS” training course organized by Spanish “Sin Fronteras, Sin Barreras” youth association.
The aim of the training course was to promote the sending of international volunteers between Youth in Action (YiA) countries and Eastern Europe & Caucasus countries by providing the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to assure a high quality management of volunteering project.
It was a good possibility of transferring the YiA Programme best practices and experiences to the Eastern Europe and Caucausus Neighbouring countries and a good platform for building new partnerships.
Participants from all over the world- from Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Ireland and Moldova were gathered to gain practical skills on EVS management and to share their best practices and experiences with the others.
During the training course except of doing serious things, the participants also have fun by visiting different places and getting acquainted with Caudete, its history, churches, buildings, by visiting the wine factory, tasting different kinds of wine there, etc.
Really it was an amazing trip with lots of good memories and experiences both for our organization and for the members themselves.
P.S. And here is a memorial napkin with "I LOVE YOU" in all our languages!
