“Team Building” training with Tatevik

Honesty,
respect and unity are essential values for a good team.
On November 23, the new recruits of the “SERUND
Pan-Armenian Youth Center” took part in the training entitled “Team Building”
led by Tatevik Smbatyan. The aim of the training was to introduce the
participants to the essential values to be preserved in a good team.
The training kicked off with the
participants introducing themselves. The trainer put a great focus on making it
possible for the participants to know each other quite well by the end of the
training. For this purpose several other games were planned. In order to create
a warm and positive atmosphere and also to show the essence of being untied in
a team, the trainer chose the team-building game called “The Rain”.
The training showed that honesty, respect
and unity are important and essential values for a good team.
